According to Nielsen NetRatings, 3.2 million people had home Internet access in Switzerland last month.
The research firm found that Swiss users went online an average of 14 times during the month, and spent an average of five hours 36 minutes online in total, or 23 minutes per session.
The average number of pages viewed by Swiss users in May was 511, with 40 seconds spent on each page on average.
The most popular website amongst Swiss users was bluewin.ch, followed by MSN.com
