Moving technology strategy into delivery
Sacks has held CTO roles in high-growth B2B software businesses, including private equity-backed companies. He has worked with La Fosse as a client and contractor and advised the group on its technology and AI plans over the past year.
He will now implement that strategy across the group’s four service offerings.
I’m looking forward to supporting our consultants and our clients to reach their own goals through the innovative use of technology and AI, as we embark on the next stage of La Fosse’s evolution.

Growing Change & Transformation capabilities
Dawson brings experience across technology recruitment, SAP, enterprise applications and large-scale change. He began his recruitment career in 2007 and joined Investigo in 2014 to establish its SAP Transformation practice, subsequently holding senior roles across Investigo and The IN Group. At La Fosse, he will lead Business Systems, Change & Transformation across EMEA, with an initial focus on growing the Group’s Change & Transformation capabilities for customers. His remit also includes developing specialist teams and supporting La Fosse’s international growth.
Chief executive Ollie Whiting said the appointments would help the business execute its technology strategy and build on its growth plans. For recruitment leaders, the appointments underline the importance of connecting internal technology investment with specialist talent and consulting services.
