The REC has captured advice from those who have achieved success in the industry, and translated this into checklists, action plans, case studies and practical guidance.
Alongside lessons covering planning and strategy, financial management, and technology, The Scale Up Workbook makes the business case for providing ‘added value’ for clients and candidates in order to stand out and stay ahead of the competition. Talent attraction and leadership strategies are also cited as key components for firms seeking growth.
REC chief executive Kevin Green says:
