The Higher Education Careers Services Unit (HECSU) has welcomed two new members to its Board of Trustees as well as three new additions to the Board of its commercial enterprise, Graduate Prospects.
Dr Tim Westlake, Director for the Student Experience at the University of Manchester, joins the HECSU Board of Trustees with immediate effect. He is also Chair of the UCAS International Advisory Board and has held previous roles on the UCAS Board of Directors and the National Qualifications Information Review Steering Group.
Dr Sue Rigby, Vice Principal Learning and Teaching at the University of Edinburgh also joins the HECSU Board, bringing expertise in postgraduate employment issues, particularly for students with masters qualifications.
Graham Nicholson, Director of the Career Service at the University of Dundee will be joining the Graduate Prospects board as a Non-Executive Director. He is currently a member of the HECSU Board.
Also joining the Graduate Prospects’ Board are Leon March and Sarah Brookes. Leon has been with Graduate Prospects for 13 years, holding various senior positions including Strategic Business Unit Head for the postgraduate market. In his new role as Commercial Director he is responsible for product strategy and revenue generation.
Sarah has managed Graduate Prospects’ marketing for 10 years. In her new position as Marketing Director, she is responsible for the delivery of the company’s marketing communication strategy and multi-media product portfolio.
