Staffing industry trailblazer joins Algomarketing board to accelerate global workforce innovation

Algomarketing, the global provider of AI-fluent marketing talent, has appointed Graeme Hubert to its board of directors, adding more than 25 years of experience founding, scaling, and exiting high-impact workforce businesses across global markets to the company.

Throughout his career, Graeme has launched and led multiple award-winning staffing companies. He was co-founder of NP Group, which became a Top 100 UK tech staffing firm before expanding into the US, and ConSol Partners, a technology staffing company which was acquired by multinational recruitment group Empresaria.

Graeme now supports high-growth staffing and technology firms as a non-executive director, chair, and strategic advisor, guiding teams to scale revenue, build resilient infrastructure, and grow enterprise value.

The addition of Graeme to Algomarketing’s board represents a leap forward in its ambition to redefine how organisations build future-ready, AI-savvy marketing teams at scale. With increasing demand for agile workforce models, his experience in workforce transformation, global operations, and value creation will be instrumental in shaping Algomarketing’s next phase of growth.

The appointment also reinforces Algomarketing’s commitment to delivering high-performing marketers, a scalable workforce solution optimised for AI, automation, and measurable outcomes.

Graeme said: “I’m excited to be joining Algomarketing at such a pivotal stage. What Yomi and the team have achieved in phase one of the company’s journey is inspiring. I am looking forward to helping with phase two as we deliver a unique AI-enabled workforce solution: ‘The Evolved Worker’.

Yomi Tejumola, founder and CEO of Algomarketing, commented: “Graeme’s experience in building and scaling exceptional workforce businesses will be a huge catalyst for what’s ahead. We’re entering a phase where demand for the Evolved Worker model is accelerating globally. Graeme’s rare combination of entrepreneurial grit, operational depth, and strategic foresight will be a major asset as we expand our reach and impact. We’re absolutely thrilled to have him onboard.”
