The Futurestep division of Korn Ferry (NYSE:KFY), the preeminent global people and organizational advisory firm, has today announced that Joanne Cumper and Ian Mosby have been appointed to its Advanced Technology Practice.
Ms. Cumper joins Korn Ferry Futurestep’s Advanced Technology Practice in London as a Managing Consultant for its Digital business across EMEA. She brings nearly two decades of experience, working predominately in the Technology, Media and Telecoms sector recruiting sales, marketing and leadership level positions. Joining from a Search firm, Ms. Cumper will focus on delivering specialists for digital roles across EMEA, working with all industry sectors for digital transformation as well as pure play, consulting and data/insight.
Mr. Mosby will assume the position of Managing Consultant for Korn Ferry Futurestep’s London office, also sitting within its Advanced Technology Practice. He has a wealth of experience across IT/Professional Services and will focus on technology driven transformation, operational excellence, risk and regulation. He joins from a specialist executive and leadership firm where he led the Consulting and Professional Services practice. Prior to this, Ian was part of the People and Programmes practice at Deloitte MCS providing Organization Transformation Services to clients in the UK and globally.
