“Apprentices are brilliant, valuable additions to O2, bringing fresh perspectives, natural digital skills and unparalleled creativity to our teams. We know they contribute an exceptional amount to our business, and that’s why we’ve expanded the scheme this year to take on our largest cohort of apprentices yet.
“You don’t need to have invented Facebook 2.0 to apply. What we’re looking for is the raw determination and positive attitude which we can help you harness to kick start your career. So whether you’re straight out of school or coming to the end of college or university, just show us your passion and enthusiasm for the digital world.”
Uzma Chaudhry, O2 apprentice commented:
“Apprenticeships offer a unique opportunity to gain valuable on-the-job experience while continuing to earn, learn and train. As an O2 apprentice, not only have I been able to try out different roles and put new ideas forward on a day-to-day basis, I’ve also had constant mentoring from digital and business experts at the top of their game.
“Apprenticeships are undoubtedly hard work – and you need to be ready to hit the ground running from day one – but joining O2’s apprenticeship programme was still the best decision I’ve ever made.”
