“The CIPD welcomes the analysis and insights in this report, which highlight how employers can address racial inequality in the workplace and some of the practical steps that will make a difference.
“We back the call for the introduction of mandatory ethnicity pay gap reporting, which is something the CIPD has also been advocating.
