FSQS Certification: why it matters
Having FSQS (Financial Services Qualification System) Certification is an incredibly important achievement for Cezanne. With the business launching its new in-house payroll services later in the year, the certification process ensures the company meets specific industry standards and regulatory requirements needed for providing financial services – such as Payroll management.
FSQS certification involves a rigorous assessment process that evaluates suppliers across a range of risk domains: including financial, operational, information security, and corporate social responsibility. It also helps mitigate risks and enhances overall operational resilience within the operations of financial services.
Speaking about the new certification, Cezanne’s Compliance Manager Sarah Griffiths commented that “We’re genuinely delighted in this achievement and it’s a testament to the efforts to everyone here at Cezanne. Having FSQS certification means we can demonstrate that, as a business, we follow industry-standard best practices when it comes to providing payroll solutions, and have the processes and procedures in place to provide a secure and resilient service to all our customers.”
Cezanne’s new integrated payroll module – part of their growing suite of intuitive HR software – will be launched later this year.
