Employee benefits technology provider Zest has announced its expansion into Sweden, responding to demand beyond the UK for a single platform to manage and communicate workplace benefits.
The launch will give Swedish employers access to tools covering wellbeing and everyday benefits as well as pensions, insurance and other elements of their benefits offering. Zest says the move reflects employers’ demand for more control and flexibility in how they support staff.
“Employers are asking for better ways to manage their benefits, and we have a proven platform that is ready to meet that demand.”
Antonio Barradas, Regional Managing Director, Zest
Expansion follows Epassi acquisition
The move follows Epassi’s acquisition of Zest in 2025 and forms part of the group’s wider growth strategy. Zest says it currently supports more than 700 global organisations.
The company’s platform provides self-service reporting, communication and configuration tools for HR teams, alongside a personalised employee benefits experience. Its Swedish launch will complement Epassi’s existing offering in the market.
Åsa Severgårdh, CEO of Epassi Sweden, said employers wanted a simpler, more connected way to manage benefits and help employees understand what was available to them.
Why it matters for HR teams
For employers reviewing their benefits systems, the practical question is how easily employees can find and understand their options, and how much administration HR teams can manage themselves. The announcement describes an expansion of Zest’s service; it does not report measured improvements in retention or employee engagement.
