jobs.ac.uk, the leading international job board for careers in academic, research and science professions; has joined forces with e-Recruitment provider, WCN Plc, to launch e-jobs - a new low-cost Applicant Tracking System for UK universities.


With greater pressure on UK universities to make significant cost savings following the Government’s spending review, e-jobs has been developed as a low cost alternative to help universities streamline their entire recruitment online, deliver huge resource efficiencies and provide a better candidate experience.


Developed alongside feedback from 15 different UK universities, e-jobs is simple-to-use yet feature-rich and has been tailored to meet the specific recruitment needs of universities – but at a fraction of the cost of regular e-Recruitment systems.


e-jobs combines jobs.ac.uk’s in-depth knowledge of the HE sector with WCN’s award-winning recruitment technology and uses an innovative ‘only pay for what you use’ model which will enable more universities to move away from less efficient paper-based methods of recruiting to e-Recruitment.
