In response to further looming staff cuts across the UK, online outplacement and re-employment specialist MyWorkSearch is introducing interactive Webinars offering information and support to HR professionals. The first will focus on a key part of the process for those who are managing redundancy action at work communication.


Effective communications during a redundancy programme can significantly reduce the concerns of employees and minimise business risk. They also help to mitigate stress experienced by HR executives. The MyWorkSearch Webinars will outline redundancy communications programmes in three sections: preparation for communication, a step by step guide through communicating redundancies and lessons learnt with examples from case studies.


The new service is part of MyWorkSearch’s commitment to provide comprehensive and tailored re-employment advice through an interactive platform where attendees get to ask their questions to experts in ‘real time’.
