JobServe launches new candidate Learning Zone

With the growing worldwide
shortage of technical skills, JobServe has
moved to provide its candidates with a new Learning Zone.

Following the success
of its association with CV
Checker
, JobServe has established partnerships with a number
of quality UK training providers.
With a similarly strong candidate-orientated ethos, these providers compliment
the features already provided by JobServe via the job board’s new Learning Zone.

Les Powell, General
Manager (Product & Service Delivery), commented “JobServe has worked with
CV Checker to provide CV writing and review services for a number of
years.  Many of our candidates who
have used the service have told us how beneficial this service was to them.

It is no secret that
there is a worldwide skills shortage, with many of those shortages being in our
market sectors.  Through providing
an introduction to like-minded training partners through our Learning Zone we are aiming to help our
candidates by providing a route to improve their skills and maximise their
chances of job placement.  In turn,
we help our clients who seek quality candidates with skills in these areas.

We are delighted to
be working alongside some of the most prominent names in the industry,
including Home Learning College, Computeach, Wirefly
Training
, SkillsArena, Aiedo and Assessment
Day
.”

The new Learning Zone
is launched on the back of a number of initiatives that JobServe has recently
undertaken to aid both candidates and recruiters bridge the skills-gap.  Amongst these is JobServe’s International
Featured product
, which has already proven enormously
beneficial to a number of recruiters in the UK, US, Australia and Canada.
