Leading independent recruitment group Fusion People has emerged from the recession at a pace, continuing its expansion with the acquisition of three new businesses in the last three months.
The additions to the group include SecondSite, an oxford based industrial and commercial agency, Reading based IT specialist Etica, and the financial services and insurance specialist Hillman Saunders who boast a market leading reputation and market position with 33 staff in offices across London and Manchester.
The addition of the new companies to the group’s current portfolio, which includes expertise in engineering and the built environment, will expand Fusion's core offerings and extend its reach into adjacent offerings for its customers around the world.
“These three companies are a great fit for our business model Fusion Group MD Paul Metcalfe commented. These strategic acquisitions will take Fusion People from its current £40m turnover to in excess of £60m and will strengthen its profitability and capability in delivering a total services offering. Further acquisitions are planned within the coming twelve months in line with our goals of becoming the largest independent recruitment business in the UK”
Headquartered in Eastleigh, Hampshire, Fusion People operates across the globe, delivering recruitment services to customers from offices on 3 continents. For more information, visit the company’s website at www.fusionpeople.com.
