Many dot-com startups have recently learned a valuable lesson about creating a viable business on the Internet. AECWorkForce is different from any other industry job board, says Kemether. We are the only board that focuses on the architectural, engineering, and construction industries and caters to the registered professional. Additionally, we are developing a bimonthly magazine to help promote the site and to offer another method of bringing employers and job seekers together.
By following a well-thought-out business plan and developing a site that caters to the job seeker, Kemether believes AECWorkForce will be the largest job board in this industry by the end of 2001. We are religiously following the plan we developed, and we are having a blast doing it.
