IIRC Hires one of HR''s Most Influential People of 2002

.

International Internet Recruiting Consultants, Inc. (www.iirc.com), has announced addition of David Sabol as their Manager of eCruiting Technology Solutions.

Sabol was recently selected by Recruiter Magazine Online as one of the Top 100 Most Influential People in the Recruiting Industry. David was one of our best clients, quoted LeRoy Robbins, CEO of IIRC. He continued, By having him approach us for a new employment opportunity speaks loudly to the fact that IIRC treats clients well. We are very fortunate and pleased to have him on board.

Sabol comes from Agere Systems, Inc. where he served as their Recruiting Technology and Staffing Manager. While at Agere, he architected a state-of-the-art decentralized staffing process for attracting, hiring, and retention of outstanding technical talent. The process was designed around strategic vendor relationships and focused on providing the tools, technology and procedures which permitted a decentralization of staffing. He was responsible for successfully supporting a 15,000 person company with only a staff of three individuals.

When I realized that IIRC had helped me save Agere over two million dollars on our annual recruiting cost, I wanted to be a part of their success and maybe help them out along the way, said Sabol. IIRC and Sabol were able to put together an extremely effective mix of technologies and services, which allowed for a top quality recruitment process with minimal time and effort on the part of Agere''s busy hiring managers. Agere is truly an example of what forward thinking and effective planning can do to help make the necessary improvements to impact the bottom line. By committing the necessary investment at the beginning of the year, Agere recognized a tremendous savings in its overall hiring costs, said Sabol.
