Sabol comes from Agere Systems, Inc. where he served as their Recruiting Technology and Staffing Manager. While at Agere, he architected a state-of-the-art decentralized staffing process for attracting, hiring, and retention of outstanding technical talent. The process was designed around strategic vendor relationships and focused on providing the tools, technology and procedures which permitted a decentralization of staffing. He was responsible for successfully supporting a 15,000 person company with only a staff of three individuals.
