(RSI) have formed a strategic alliance, providing end-to-end human capital management solutions designed to support the strategic goals of their clients. Together, RSI and PEARL Solutions help clients enhance the bottom line by helping eliminate labor-intensive, paper-based recruiting and workforce management activities through automation. The result is a more efficient and effective combined solution focused on helping companies to better recruit, select, track and manage top talent.
