SHL Group Plc appoints new group product and marketing director

SHL Group Plc has announced the appointment of Lynne Gillon as its new group product and marketing director.

SHL has a 25-year heritage and operations in over 40 countries worldwide.

The company is now undergoing a major corporate re-brand, focusing on streamlining its wide range of market-leading psychometric assessment products and consultancy services. Gillon will be spearheading this re-brand, and is charged with further developing the companyís portfolio of
assessment tools for delivery on and off-line. Gillon will have a global remit, overseeing public relations, brand and product marketing activity in Europe, Asia Pacific and The Americas.

Gillon brings almost 20 years of marketing experience to the role. In her previous position as senior vice president for Staffware plc, she managed a marketing budget of over 7 million worldwide and co-ordinated a company
re-brand. Prior to this Gillon was marketing director (Middle East & Africa), for Oracle where she was instrumental in growing revenue by 20 per
cent year on year. An innovator from early on in her career, Gillon introduced a new marketing strategy for Digital Europe resulting in 200 per cent growth in sales revenue.
