Qwiz and PSL deliver psychometric assessments online

Qwiz has announced the addition of PSL psychometric questionnaires to its online delivery platform.

Having proved their popularity as a CD based product, the RPQ and CS7 psychometric questionnaires are now available through the Qwiz Online platform, in addition to Qwizí own, extensive range of over 330 knowledge based skills assessments. The RPQ (Rapid Personality Questionnaire) is a personality questionnaire that measures a candidate’s personality characteristics relevant to the working environment. The CS7 (Customer Service Questionnaire) identifies whether a person is likely to be successful in customer services and what his or her relative strengths and weaknesses are. CS7 allows companies to create an ideal customer services profile so they can isolate those individuals most likely to perform productively and happily in their organisation.
