SGZ/Jobmate to take their on-line advertising and candidate
management strategy to a new level.
All the brands in the Ajilon portfolio* will utilise a tightly integrated bespoke job posting application, powered by Jobmate to allow consultants to post vacancies from their in-house desktop management software directly to UK and European job boards as well as Ajilon’s own websites.
The key to this initiative is simplicity and ease of use for recruiters, commented David Morgan, Business Development Manager of SGZ/Jobmate. Ajilon required a solution that allowed users to immediately post new vacancies to their chosen websites but wanted to fully leverage the vacancy data and workflow that exists in their in-house database software. This minimises the time required to prepare and publish adverts while allowing managers to keep a close eye on advertising spend and the number of responses received.
