Modern businesses have embraced flexibility in their employment, with a vast array of different types flexible working arrangements being used. At the heart of flexibility is trust, and finding a working arrangement that works well for the individual, the manager and the business. But when it comes to recruitment, those conversations rarely take place.

An inability to have honest conversations at the point of recruitment has become a block to businesses finding the best talent. But once unblocked, it can open up businesses to the millions of candidates who already work both flexibly and successfully, but don’t know where to go when they want their next career move.
