iConnect - new product from Bond HR & Payroll software gives anytime, anywhere information access to organisations

Bond HR & Payroll Software, the provider of HR, Payroll and Time and Attendance software solutions, today announces the availability of its new software iConnect. The new product from the authors of Teamspirit means users can harness technology to allow them to view or submit HR or payroll detail on any device – phone, tablet, laptop or desktop regardless of location. Bond HR & Payroll Software will be demonstrating iConnect on stand H422 at the CIPD HR Software Show.
 
The latest offering from Bond HR & Payroll Software is available on premise or as a Cloud hosted solution and gives organisations the power to access HR information via its fully integrated single database. The flexibility of the software means that it can also connect to any additional databases and features different API designs for a seamless interface with other software systems if required.
 
In addition, iConnect brings organisations added Business Intelligence including predictive analysis for improved workforce planning, as well as an intelligent dashboard which allows for big data or granular interrogation for HR and payroll staff to enable them to quickly identify hotspots that require immediate attention, providing a rich time saving analysis. iConnect automatically adapts the screen configuration making it easy for users to access data regardless of device, providing a responsive and user friendly experience.
