BountyConnect, which combines a software algorithm with data collected from the world's largest recruiting marketplace, analyzes a job posted by an employer on the BountyJobs marketplace, then predicts which of over 10,000 of the nation's best third-party search firms are most likely to successfully fill it.
BountyConnect technology applies one of the Internet's newest innovations to one of contingency recruiting's most persistent headaches, said BountyJobs CEO, Mike Hard. Hard, who spent 17 years with Microsoft before taking the helm of BountyJobs in 2009, continued, When employers use objective third-party data to choose which firms to engage on their search, rather than headhunter marketing or cold calls, they get more qualified candidates and faster fills.
After employers post a job to BountyJobs, BountyConnect scours the company's marketplace of more than 10,000 headhunters and identifies those that are most qualified and most successful in filling similar openings. Underlying the technology are massive amounts of data gathered since the BountyJobs marketplace was launched in 2006. In over three years of connecting employers with headhunters, BountyJobs has analyzed almost $2 billion in jobs that have passed through the marketplace and close to 150,000 unique search firm engagements. When applied intelligently through the BountyConnect algorithm to jobs posted on the marketplace, these data produce a remarkably targeted list of qualified third-party search firms for an employer to engage on their search. The result is transparent, fast and effective.
