JobServe Canada and IT World Canada today
officially launch their co-branded niche technology job board, http://jobs.itworldcanada.com.
The new site had a beta launch in early August,
after the announcement of the new partnership prompted a strong response from
Canadian employers wanting immediate access to this targeted technology
community.
Fawn Annan, President and Group Publisher for IT
World Canada, commented, “We are extremely happy with the site that has been
developed through our partnership with JobServe. Our new job site is already
populated with hundreds of Canadian technology jobs, providing a rich source of
quality job opportunities for our readership to choose from.”
Using the new site, companies with technology job
openings can take advantage of two simple job posting services,
both of which provide guarantees of the quality of the response with in-built
filtering tools to ensure applicants meet the minimum requirements for the job.
Through the partnership, all technology job postings
that are listed with www.jobserve.ca will automatically be cross posted onto the http://jobs.itworldcanada.com
site also. Christopher Klotz, CEO of JobServe Canada, said “We have been
overwhelmed by the response from our customers about this new partnership.
JobServe are globally reputed for IT recruitment, and now in Canada we are
providing our customers with exclusive access into this targeted community of
IT professionals. With our already low price point, Canadian employers are
jumping to get their technology jobs listed with JobServe and ITWC.”
With the official launch, promotion has started
across IT World Canada’s print and online publications, including ComputerWorld,
NetworkWorld, CIO Canada, CDN and itBusiness.ca.
