Operations Director, Anna Taylor tells us more about the need for this new service: “Providing quick on-demand candidate feedback is a challenge experienced by a lot of busy agencies. “Back in April we launched our Beta Candidate Feedback service enabling the applicant to get a “real-time” application update, and to date the new service has received nearly 8000 requests. This has been an enormous success for us and as an innovator in our field we’re always keen to improve the process for both clients and candidates alike.
“Part of the system also offers advice to those whose CVs don’t make it through our auditing process enabling them to revaluate their initial covering letter and CV to see if they can enhance their application for resubmission.
