HeadFirst Global has announced that it will become Vertage, bringing 11 operating businesses together under a single name, technology platform and operating model.
The group says the platform will combine specialist talent, AI and data to help enterprise customers define the outcomes they need and deploy the mix of people and AI agents to deliver them.
Vertage begins with a community of 1.5 million specialists and delivery across 80 countries. Its capabilities follow the 2024 integration of HeadFirst Group and Impellam Group, and subsequent expansion into India.
A single model for work outcomes
The proposed platform will match specialists to work and provide a common view of deployments, governance and compliance. The group says it aims to replace the disconnected systems and suppliers that many enterprises currently manage.
Introducing Vertage brings to life a company dedicated to helping talent and businesses move faster, think bigger, and stay ahead in the intelligence era.
Overbeek said businesses face challenges integrating AI while managing investment risk and compliance, while specialist talent needs support to reskill and remain valuable.
The company describes a shift from planning around headcount towards skills and outcomes, with enterprises deciding which capabilities to build, automate, buy or borrow.
Operating brands to retire in Q1 2027
Comensura, Carbon60, Lorien, Guidant Global, Bartech, SRG, HeadFirst, Sterksen, Star Apple, Striive and Prounity are due to retire as operating brands in the first quarter of 2027. Customer and talent interactions will then take place under the Vertage brand.
Existing contracts, delivery teams and day-to-day contacts will continue unchanged through the transition, the group said.
Overbeek and the senior leadership team are leading a multi-year transformation intended to establish a single operating model over time.
