Alex is a product focused CTO with a passion for creating products customers love. Alex learned his craft during a 10-year roller coaster ride with his own business, iProfile - the first company to introduce the idea of the online CV's back in 1999. He then joined Broadbean as Global CTO helping them introduce single platform sourcing to clients in over 50 countries. As a founding board member of the HR-XML consortium and co-chair for the APSCo Technology Leaders Forum he utilises his expertise heading up technology and product for Jobsite.
