The Black Perspective

The Black Perspective is dedicated to promoting diversity and inclusion in employment and education. We do so by publishing articles on diversity in the workforce; sharing success stories of African Americans in business and education; focusing attention on companies that foster inclusive workplaces where affirmative action and equal opportunity are at the forefront of corporate policies; and by posting job openings for minorities. While job boards and job search engines can assist jobseekers in finding employment, our focus is on connecting minority career candidates directly with employers who actively support equal opportunity and affirmative action not because it's the law, but because it's the right thing to do.
