Niche city firm iLaw have launched an innovative subscription based ‘Employment Law and HR Support Service’ aimed primarily at small to medium sized businesses.

The scheme provides a range of services, from basic telephone and e-mail advice on any employment-related matter to a full support service including, by way of example, the review and drafting of all forms of employment and HR documentation, updating employment contracts, advising on redundancy challenges and providing full strategic employment law and HR advice.

iLaw’s Head of Employment, Steven Eckett said “this service is ideal for those businesses who do not have the advantage of having access to a dedicated HR support function yet wish to ensure that they are compliant with employment law and who at the same time are seeking prompt and effective legal advice at excellent value.”

Steven has many years’ experience of providing both employment law and HR advice to clients ranging from start-ups to multi-nationals. It is this experience which means that a law firm can, for the first time, offer a combined legal and HR support service.

The Service is subscription based and costs start from £300 per annum.
