BeyondCloudNine is the trading name for Steve Ward, one of the most recognised Employer Branding Strategists in the world, delivering global and local EVP development and consulting, supporting organisations to show why they are a rewarding place to work.

Steve Ward has been delivering recruitment marketing, campaign and employer brand expertise for around 15 years, originally with CloudNine, then in-house; until joining Universum in 2019 and then Blackbridge. 

Steve created BeyondCloudNine in 2025 to make Employer Brand strategies and EVP consulting intelligent and cost-efficient. 

Having developed over 20 EVPs in the past 10 years, plus 10+ EVP refreshes and 100+ employer brand insights & strategy workshops, there's no-one who understands the nuance and skills of developing impactful individualised employer brand more. 

Having worked with a diverse range of companies such as Rolls-Royce, Amazon, Mondelez, AstraZeneca, Heineken, Bacardi, EY, Uniqlo, Pladis, Tropicana and HMRC; that breadth of experience is what Steve brings to BeyondCloudNine.
