Compare Recruitment Factoring was created by Simon Jay back in 2019 who has significant experience providing factoring, payroll and back office funding and confidential invoice discounting solely into the recruitment market. The business was born from frustration of seeing recruitment companies enter into agreements with lenders that may not have been the right solution for them.

We believe it is important for a business to look at a number of options before committing to potentially long and sometimes highly contractual agreements.
