Gleave brings a wealth of experience, with a track record of developing and leading high-performing sales functions. His expertise spans over three years in leading Verifile sales, coupled with valuable experience outside the sector in digital and services solutions.
Additionally, Tim Stokes will be joining Matrix on the same date, January 4th, in the capacity of director of business development & partnerships. Stokes will play a pivotal role in advancing Matrix's focus on direct enterprise-level sales within the private sector.
Moreover, he will lead the strategic development of indirect and channel sales initiatives. Stokes brings a distinguished track record in the background checking and compliance market, having previously led sales in EMEA for Sterling and First Advantage.
