2022 was a phenomenal year for Wave - we doubled our people, launched some incredibly exciting new features on WaveTrackR, designed and built a huge number of first-class RecWebs websites, expanded WaveMedia, and produced a series of insight-packed Talent Matters podcasts. But 2022 was just the start of Wave’s incredible growth journey and we are thrilled to announce that we’re kicking off 2023 with three new Wavers.
Richard Harris has joined Wave as Operations Director, streamlining our processes, tech and people, as well as heading up Client Services. Having worked in the recruitment industry for over 18 years, spending the last 11 years in recruitment tech at Broadbean and cube19/Bullhorn, Richard brings a tonne of experience in the recruitment and recruitment tech space to Wave.
Dino Halugić is bringing extensive project management skills to Wave as our new Digital Project Manager for RecWebs, working with clients and the RecWebs team to build professional websites for recruitment agencies. Dino has worked in tech for many years, including most recently at job board software company Jobiqo, so is fully equipped with a huge amount of knowledge on best practices for candidate attraction.
Carlo Alboreto joins Wave as Sales Director. Having worked in recruitment tech (including Broadbean, JobAdder and Recruitment Insider) for many years, Carlo brings both the knowledge and experience needed to spearhead tech sales for Wave.
Richard, Dino and Carlo come to further boost the Client Services team, adding to Richard Essex (Chief Revenue Officer), Rhys Hewitt (Business Development Manager) and Jamila Liwalug (Media Support Administrator) who joined in 2022, plus Nick Weaver (Client Engagement Manager) and Merci Resullar (Media Support) who have been with us since 2021. We’re also delighted to welcome back Polly Payne, Wave’s Client Success Manager, who has returned from maternity leave. The knowledge and expertise of our people make Wave a leader in candidate attraction technology and the dedication of the team to first-class client service gives recruitment agencies the assurance that they are always supported.
Richard Essex, Wave’s CRO, believes this is the best possible start to the year for Wave.
“The opportunities for Wave’s growth in 2023 are limitless and made even stronger by three excellent new hires. 2023 will see us taking the business forwards - strengthening our sales, project management, customer facing and operational skills, and focusing on delivering best in class service and technology to Wave clients old and new.
I am truly excited to grow the team. Even my kids are excited for me, so much so that my 7 year old daughter has written to Santa already asking for even more helpers next year. What could be better than that?! I doubt Santa needs candidate attraction technology but if he did, he’d be using Wave too.”
