Brand Champions says it has reached £3 million in revenue during 2026, compared with £1.5 million across 2025, as demand grows for flexible marketing support.
The company has expanded from 16 to 40 marketing specialists since the start of the year and reports six major new client wins. It names Popeyes, Dexcom, Stada, Kew Green Hotels and AB Nutrition among its clients.
Expertise for specific business needs
The agency provides on-demand and embedded marketing expertise, allowing organisations to bring experienced specialists into their teams for particular projects or stages of growth.
Founder and CEO Fiona Wylie said clients were increasingly treating fractional support as a planned part of their marketing capability, rather than simply a way to fill an unexpected gap.
“Companies are increasingly asking what expertise they need, when they need it and for how long, rather than assuming every capability must come through another permanent hire,”
Fiona Wylie, founder and CEO, Brand Champions
Wylie added that experienced marketers could build more varied careers through the model while continuing to work on complex assignments.
Why it matters for recruitment
The announcement illustrates how some employers are choosing a mix of permanent employees and specialist external support. For recruiters, that makes defining the assignment, expected outcomes and working relationship as important as identifying the right expertise.
