ARM launches campaign for new talent

Excellent opportunities for recruitment entrepreneurs

Advanced Resource Managers (ARM), the technical and engineering recruitment consultancy, kick-starts the year with a recruitment drive for talent to support expansion under the direction of new leadership.

During 2014 the firm laid the foundations for long-term growth with the rejuvenation of its brand promise to ‘make successful people’ and its core values of professionalism, partnership and passion.

Under the new leadership of John Dunaway and Leon Howgill, culture change was an essential part of the strategy moving forward. The duo has empowered managers to lead their team’s in-line with the needs of their customers and the overall economy. Everyone is encouraged to be open to new ways of thinking, which has lead to new habits and a very different approach to daily work.

“The results have been astounding, creating a productive, relaxed, flexible and collaborative environment – there’s a definite buzz about the place and a renewed pride to work for ARM.”

ARM has always fostered long-lasting, rewarding careers. Through structured training and a practical learning environment, career acceleration and leadership development is firmly embedded - recently awarded the IRP Best People Development Award. Additionally, flexible working options ensure that staff continue to work with the business as their lives change, such as starting a family.

“We are looking for determined individuals who will have a passion to succeed no matter what challenges they face within recruitment. It’s an exciting time to be joining the business under new leadership, with an emphasis around training to ensure our consultants are the best within the country”
