BrassRing makes resume processing services available to non-client companies

.

BrassRing, the leader in e-recruiting innovation has announced that it is making its industry-leading Talent Data Center (TDC) services available to any company requiring fast and reliable resume processing. As a result, even companies that do not use the company''s flagship Talent Relationship Management (TRM) solutions, BrassRing Enterprise 5.0 or Enterprise On-Site, can now take advantage of BrassRing''s sophisticated data extraction technology and structured data format that deliver the highest degree of accuracy in the business with a 24-hour delivery guarantee.

BrassRing''s Talent Data Center has processed over 16 million resumes, and it processes them in nearly any medium, including paper, email and almost any electronic format commonly used to create resumes. To aid in candidate searching capabilities, BrassRing''s proprietary software converts resumes in various media to a consistent format, and then automatically extracts an average of 46 unique database fields from each file. Corporate users can search for candidates using any of the fields, enabling them to quickly target candidates with the required experience and skills.

One of BrassRing''s hallmarks is data accuracy, explained Mike Gioja, president of BrassRing Systems, a division of BrassRing. Data quality has a profound impact on a company''s ability to manage talent effectively, and our Talent Data Center is second-to-none in terms of accuracy and speed. The end result is reduced time-to-hire, a better candidate and recruiter experience and the highest quality candidate data in the industry.

Talent Data Center customers receive guaranteed 24-hour data delivery, double-checked for accuracy. On average, the length of time between when the resume is received by BrassRing to when a company can access that data is less than six hours. In addition, BrassRing''s Talent Data Center frees internal staff from having to sift through thousands of resume flat files, and allows them to focus their efforts on building relationships with the candidates with the right skills.

Companies are receiving more resumes per open position than ever before, explained Gioja. There are some great candidates out there, but it''s growing more difficult to find them due to the huge increase in volume. Our Talent Data Center supports nearly 50 large Fortune 500 companies, and allows them to find the best candidates first - sometimes before the resumes even make it into their competitors'' databases.
