The universities of Birmingham, Central England and Wolverhampton have joined forces to develop NetWork, a new online employer directory to help graduates develop their careers in the region.
Funded by CSU, the higher education Careers Services Unit, NetWork is designed to provide local graduates, and graduates considering a move back to the area, with details of the latest job opportunities and information on regional labour market trends.
Graduates can access NetWork and explore vacancies by industry sector, location or subject of study. Further information on companies advertising on the site can be sourced via direct NetWork links to their websites.
Facilities for employers have also been made as easy as possible by giving direct access to input and update their vacancies and company information to ensure that graduate have up to the minute vacancy information.
This exciting new site will help extend vital links between graduates and employers in the region, and forge new relationships between local companies and universities, said Mike Hill, chief executive, CSU.
NetWork provides links to all three universities involved in the project and CSU's graduate careers information and guidance website, Prospects.ac.uk. Just go to
