This month Qwiz UK launches its assessment aimed at identifying candidates whose behaviour and work-related values may adversely affect their suitability for particular work environments.
Qwiz Vantage measures six areas of concern for HR managers:
Reliability
Anger
Substance abuse
Honesty
Computer misuse
Sexual harassment.
There are carefully structured statements against which the candidate can tick ëtrueí or ëfalseí. This takes approximately 15 minutes. The test automatically calculates the results and produces a report that explains what the responses reveal, and recommends interview questions to help employers explore areas of concern.
Phil Bannister, Operations Manager at Qwiz UK, comments, ìThe test results bring objective measurement to sensitive areas and consequently contribute to a more effective selection process. Qwiz Vantage reveals, at the outset, potentially problematic work behaviour, which could have huge financial and cultural repercussions. HR managers are aware of the importance of a pleasant working environment and want to recruit and promote employees that will fit with their culture.î
