Siemens AG selects MrTed TalentLinkTM as its Global e-recruiting and talent management solution. Deployment planned for 800 users in 11 languages.
MrTed Ltd, has announced that Siemens, a leading electronics and engineering company with 438000 employees in 190 countries, has selected its product MrTed TalentLinkTM to provide an external and internal e-recruiting solution for Siemensí major labour markets across global operating companies. Implementation will take place progressively across countries in Europe, Eastern Europe, Latin America, Africa and Asia/Pacific.
Together Siemens and MrTed, will be the first European companies to operate a global talent management solution on a so large international scale. MrTed TalentLinkTM will accommodate Siemens global needs with regional flexibility and multilingual access.
From China to Switzerland, MrTed TalentLinkTM will be the system used for numerous labour markets to build and optimise Siemensí internal and external talent pipeline, better manage skills inventories, streamline candidate and employee selection processes, and increase Talent deployment efficiency.
