Lane4, leading experts in human performance and KPMG have formed a partnership to provide businesses with joint solutions and specialist capability in leadership development, assessment and consulting services.

By combining Lane4’s experience in leadership and behavioural learning with KPMG sector and business expertise along with existing capability in talent management, the partnership has a unique and powerful offer to businesses. The partnership will also help businesses on key talent management needs such as selection and development, creating a high performance environment, and leadership development.

Founded by Adrian Moorhouse, Olympic Gold Medallist swimmer in 1995 and MD, said: “Right from our initial meetings, it has been obvious to me that we share with KPMG a passion for enhancing the performance of people in organisations. I think that, even though we’re a smaller organisation, both of our values and goals are closely aligned, so it seemed like a natural fit for us to partner.  I am delighted that we’re working together.”
