The new appointments - Sasha Bilton, Pushpa Reddy and Marc Stewart - are key to delivering Planday’s primary mission of making shift work more human. Recent research from the brand shows that 85% of hospitality employees have experienced poor mental health in the last 12 months, and 67% state having more notice of shift patterns would improve their life. Being able to plan ahead more efficiently is an essential component of a successful hospitality business, and is the single biggest shift that hospitality businesses can do to support staff. Bringing these new appointments on board will enable Planday to continue growing and developing the product with the aim of improving mental wellbeing in the hospitality industry.
