The Talent Labs

Founded in 2007 (originally as The Firm) as a LinkedIn group for in-house recruiters, The Talent Labs has grown into a leading membership organisation supporting talent teams globally. We exist to help talent professionals learn, grow and thrive, integrating all parts of the lifecycle: talent acquisition, development and management. We deliver membership services: access to a community of over 2,000 (and growing) talent professionals, peer networks, regular events, research insights and tools. We provide training: more than 50 flexible modules for talent teams and hiring managers on topics such as hiring, development, leadership, change management and even AI in talent acquisition. We offer consultancy and bespoke solutions: our team of ex-practitioner talent experts help organisations transform their talent functions, for example, streamlining processes, designing strategy, and building capability. The Talent Labs is based in the UK, supporting organisations worldwide.
