Liz Ramsbottom, marketing manager for Top Jobs on the Net comments, ìThe milkround has become increasingly outmoded amongst both students and employers, and graduates are increasingly turning to the Internet to job hunt. This survey by Frost & Sullivan proves that going online improves your chances of finding the top graduates.î
Top Jobs on the Net has a dedicated graduate recruiter service, TopGrads, with extensive company information available to jobseekers. This allows graduates to find about a business, its culture and vision, permitting candidates to self screen themselves before applying. Therefore employers receive a smaller number of better qualified candidates.
