Cubiks and Inbucon join forces to launch online salary survey database

Specialist HR consultancies Cubiks and Inbucon have jointly launched a compensation and benefits database for pay decision-makers in the UK.

Delivered via the CubikSurvey website (www.cubiksurvey.com), the database brings together remuneration figures for more than 20,000 jobs across all sectors of commerce and industry.

Over 200 organisations have submitted their salary information for the database, including many of the most prominent blue-chip employers operating in the UK today.

With this new service, anyone involved in pay setting processes can log on to the website, select a job from a list of over 150 positions and automatically generate detailed compensation reports that are tailored to the role in a matter of minutes. The reports can be easily adjusted to account for factors such as the geographic location of the job holder, the employerís business activity, the size of the organisation by sales turnover and the number of employees within a company.
