Peoplexs has extended her software with tools for recruitment agencyís to improve the search capabilities of candidates within an organization. The first steps are made through a clear graphical hierarchal overview of the employers organization belonging to suitable candidates. The last known or current employer and department of an employee can be set up. An organization chart is created and the employee is added to the name of the employer within the given department at which they are employed. By clicking on the organization chart of a company one gets a clear overview of the place of all suitable candidate within the departments of the organization, that are available for the recruitment agency.
The advantage is that recruiters get a clear picture regarding possible colleague candidates that might be a better fit to a vacancy of one of their customers and so they have the opportunity to view the market with more transparency. A concept that has given plenty of challenges within the recruiterís world so far.
Peoplexs has already released the improved candidate selection tools in the current 2.1 release of the Small Business and Enterprise Edition. Other functionalities like specialized search possibilities and shortcuts to company information will follow shortly.
