The ëCall Centreí testing suite is made up of two levels; both being done as an audio data entry test.
The ìStandardî test which has a reduced number of caller scenarios provides basic contact information; name, address, email address etc. This provides a time-efficient measure of a personís true ability to hear effectively and input raw data.
The ìAdvancedî test provides candidates with different credible scenarios which will mirror the main requests coming from a call centre; changing details, requesting a bill payment, checking a delivery etc. This shows a candidateís ability to deal efficiently and accurately, over a greater concentration span.
The new tests available from skillsarena make them one of the UKís most robust online testing portals available; effectively encompassing the increasing demands placed upon todayís recruitment requirements.
