PeopleXS announces PortalXS

Corporate Recruitment Portals can now be fully integrated with the PeopleXS recruitment application. Every organization is unique and has its own specific recruitment needs. Now that Internet for HR purposes has reached a point of acceptance within the HR professional community; the question remains how well the integration between Corporate sites and Recruitment applications actually is.

Researchers say that between 90-95% of the companies with global presence use web recruitment as a strategic Personnel function. In general this means that a candidate can apply on the corporate site of the enterprise. What we do not know from research is how many of these companies have actually integrated their site with their recruitment application. From experience we have seen that this integration does not match with the 90% estimates from research. This is exactly where unnecessary high cost comes in.
