Our platform sorts, scores, and ranks every candidate so you only review the best. We even include DISC profiling to show how each person would fit into your existing team, and optional video previews so you can get a real sense of who they are before meeting them.

 

We work with employers across the whole of the UK — from small family firms and growing franchises to national organisations — offering three straightforward packages: Silver (DIY), Gold (Assisted), and Platinum (Fully Managed). All deliver the same result: the right hire without the agency price tag.
