Black Capital Group launches construction resourcing framework

Black Capital Group, the holding company that powers the Procure Partnerships Framework and Compliance Chain, is calling for recruitment companies across the UK to register interest in their forthcoming £100m private sector Construction Resourcing Framework.

The agreement will be divided into 11 regions across the UK. Upon the conclusion of a competitive tender period, up to six recruitment companies will be taken forward within each individual region. Recruitment companies who are awarded a place upon the agreement will be afforded exclusive rights to place construction candidates within the agreement for a 4-year period.

Principal Contractors will have free unrestricted access to the agreement where they will offer their vacancies exclusively to the recruiters who have obtained places within their respective regions. This agreement pushes the boundaries of how principal contractors and recruiters collaborate, whilst ensuring a best-in-class delivery approach to resourcing within the construction sector.

Robbie Blackhurst, Founding Director, Black Capital Group, commented: “We have been at the sharp end of construction project delivery for some time, on average delivering over £1bn of projects nationally each year. The one recurring issue we often hear from our contractor partners is how difficult it is to recruit good people in such a competitive market. The structure of this framework agreement will enable efficient and effective resourcing delivering for principal contractors and supporting recruitment organisations.”

Tender documents are scheduled to be released in June. Recruitment companies can register initial interest by completing the market engagement questionnaire at: https://blackcapitalgroup.co.uk/registerinterest/
