The solutions address the need to support unemployed individuals, or those who are employed but emotionally disengaged, by providing resume review consultation, interview preparation, and accountability groups. Also provided are services for career direction coaching and ÑBack in Controlâ coaching programs.

Prior to formally launching, Coach Effect worked with clients for over two years to ensure their methods and results were sound. For example, one client was passed over after interviewing with three different companies before engaging in Coach EffectÇs on-the-spot interview preparation program. After just a few hours of targeted on-the-spot interview preparation for two different opportunities, the client received a senior management-level offer from the company he most desired. Another clientÇs recruiter refused to submit her resume for a position because the resume did not represent her skills in a way that fit the position.
